After the order is successfully shipped, you will receive an shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for the shipping status. If there are any issues with your order, our Customer Service Officer may contact you.
Taiwan Shipping
All orders to Taiwan will be shipped via SF Express. In accordance with Taiwan’s import regulations, the following steps must be completed when placing an order:

All information must be filled out in Traditional Chinese.

Please include your ID number in the "Notes" section, as we need it to complete the SF Express shipment form.

Please ensure you have completed real-name authentication on the official EZWAY website in Taiwan to ensure smooth delivery of your package and remember to pay for the tariffs & tax then.
If EZWAY mobile registration and certification (one-time) and pre-declaration (for each shipment) are not completed in time, your shipment will be affected as follows:
- Customs Clearance Failure: The goods cannot be cleared for import, causing delivery delays.
- Goods Held: The shipment will be held at SF Express's warehouse, and they will contact you to complete the necessary procedures.
- Additional Charges: Any warehouse fees during the hold period will be borne by the recipient.
- Return and Costs: If the recipient fails to complete the process within 7 days, the shipment will be returned to the sender. The recipient will be fully responsible for all return shipping fees, storage fees, and handling charges.
- Refund and Reshipping:
- Refund: If you cancel the order after the goods are returned, we will deduct all the above fees from the original order refund amount and return the remaining balance.
- Reshipping: If you still require the product, you will need to pay all fees before we can arrange reshipping.
Delivery Failure
If we are unable to contact you for two consecutive deliveries, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded to your account.
Change of Order Details
No change can be made after the order is confirmed, including delivery address and order details.
