Items purchased at hk.dvf.com, you can submit a return request within 7 days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note that orders placed during some specific program, was marked as non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to the program’s terms & conditions for details.
All returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original / unworn condition with all tags attached for the refund to be processed. We do have a quality check in place prior to accepting the return. Products that have been worn / altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund request.

Once you access the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for the return request.

We refund the cost of your returned merchandise within (14) business days of receipt to our warehouse. Once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are fulfillled, the return will be processed, we will send you an email to confirm and refund your original form of payment.
The time of actual refund to your account depends on different banks or payment platform operations. It may take up to (7) additional business days to reflect to your account.

The color of the product shots displayed on the website may not correspond to the actual colours due to differences caused by the web browser of the screen used.
We make our best effort to maintain sufficient stocks of products, if any rare case, the purchased item is run out of stocks, we will contact you via Email for any order changes and refund to your account.

Most of our pieces run true to size. Please note that we update the copy on the product page based on the feedback we receive from our clients, so we’ll always do our best to suggest sizing up or down when necessary. In addition, feel free to look through the reviews left by other shoppers for relevant details.
For reference, our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut garments.
As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes. The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions for review:
