hk.dvf.com offers FREE returns within 7 days of receiving your order
We do not offer exchange on any items.
Items purchased at hk.dvf.com, you can submit a return request within 7 days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note that orders placed during some specific program, was marked as non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to the program’s terms & conditions for details.
All returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original / unworn condition with all tags attached for the refund to be processed. We do have a quality check in place prior to accepting the return. Products that have been worn / altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund request.
Returns will be processed within (14) business days of receipt at our warehouse. Once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are fulfilled, the return will be processed, we will send you an email to confirm and refund your original form of payment.
The time of actual refund to your account depends on different banks or payment platform operations. It may take up to (7) additional business days to reflect to your account.
In order to initiate your return, please visit Return your order. You will be prompted to enter your order number, as well as the email address associated with your order. Once you access the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for the return request.
