Prettiest dress on site, but runs small in chest

This is the prettiest dress ever in the best, flowy, lined fabric but it runs small in the chest. I'm 5' 9", 130 lbs and slim. The size 4 is too small in the chest and the very pretty chest rouching would better fit a shorter person. Haven't yet tried the size 6 to compare, as it's out of stock.
