Exchange and Return Policy

All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return any item within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, no questions asked, at the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition with the identification tag still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
  • any hanger, dust bag and box (in case of shoes) provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned;
  • a completed return form is presented;
  • Item must be purchased on our website; and
  • All sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Unless there is product quality problem, all products are only allowed to be exchanged or returned once per each transaction.
  • No returns or exchanges can be made on swimwear.

Exceptions will be given to items classified as defective if they are received damaged within 2 days of receipt. In this case, you have the right to return them for a full refund including the cost of shipping, and tax and duty (if any). We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding the faulty items before you return them.

Please contact our customer service officer at for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt along with your order confirmation number and a copy of completed return form. Our designated courier, DHL, will be arranged to collect your items at your agreed time. If you arrange a return by non-designated courier, we will not be held accountable to any damage or loss of your returned items.


We can offer an exchange for your item(s), subject to stock availability. All exchanges should follow the exchange and return policy.

If you select a merchandise of lower value than your original merchandise purchased, the price difference will be credited to the account of the original form of your payment.

We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your return for exchange once we receive the item. The exchange will take approximately 7 working days to complete. Afterwards, we will send an email to you that the merchandise selected for exchange have been sent to you.

Online order returns or exchanges will not be accepted at any of our physical store locations.


You will receive a refund on any returned items that are sent to us under the exchange and return policy.

We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your return for refund once we receive the item.

We will credit the full amount to the account of the original form of the purchaser’s payment, excluding any shipping costs, tax and duty. Refunds will take up to 10 working days to be processed after receipt of your returned items. Additional working days may be required to process the refund by your bank and card issuers.
